Yes! Our entire wedding will be outdoors. September in Southern Ontario typically brings warm, sunny days as summer transitions into fall, with daytime highs around 20°C and cooler evenings averaging 15°C. We’re hoping for beautiful weather, but please dress comfortably for an outdoor celebration!
​To ensure your comfort during our wedding festivities, we recommend wearing block heels, wedges, or flats. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass and soft terrain, with some small pebble paths, and the reception will be held on a wood slat floor. Opting for comfortable footwear will help you fully enjoy the celebration!

The only children at the wedding will be family from out of the country. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.​

Shuttle service will be provided to return guests to their accommodations after the wedding. Please note that transportation to the venue is not included. Shuttles will begin making rounds at 10:00 p.m. and will continue throughout the evening.
Yes, there is ample parking available at Wheatfield Estate. We recommend carpooling and taking our shuttle back to your accommodation. Vehicles can be collected from the venue the following day.​
Yes, we've reserved rooms at The Inn on the Harbour and Holiday Inn in St. Thomas, both approximately 15 minutes from the venue. Additionally, there are several Airbnb options available. Please visit our wedding website for addresses and a comprehensive list of nearby accommodations.​
We recommend arriving at 4:00 p.m. to enjoy a refreshment and find your seat at the ceremony space. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m.​
